By accessing or using FoamCut ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FoamCut provides browser-based CAM software for hot-wire foam cutting, including DXF/SVG import, path optimization, and G-code export. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Basic, Standard, Premium, and Pro tiers.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Self-serve paid plans are available as yearly subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases. You may cancel a yearly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FoamCut are owned by FoamCut and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded files remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

FoamCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to material waste, machine damage, or production delays.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
