This is a focused, FoamCut-native scheduler for customer onboarding and troubleshooting sessions.

Training includes real FoamCut workflows, not a generic video call.

At session time, open FoamCut. If hands-on help is needed, click Support in the top bar, click Start Support Session, and share the 6-digit code with us so we can join.

  1. At the scheduled time, open FoamCut.
  2. Click `Support` in the top bar.
  3. Click `Start Support Session`.
  4. When FoamCut shows the 6-digit support code, reply to your confirmation email with that code so we can join.
  5. Keep FoamCut open while we work together.
